This is a competency-based course in self-leadership. You will increasingly encounter changes — in terms and people — and this course will help you navigate those changes with confidence. This time, it is offered in a slightly shorter 12-week format.

This is an e-learning course. You'll receive audio/video files by email/phone and can watch or listen at your convenience. Each week introduces a new self-leadership theme, and each week you'll refine a specific part of your self-leadership — benefiting both you and your organization.

You’ll spend about 45 minutes to 1 hour per week, including listening/watching and completing the tasks.

You can join without saying a word — or share openly about your experiences. You decide how much you want to engage. All exercises and reflections are optional. You can go at your own pace.

Previous Participants Join for Only 1/3 of the Price


If you have employees who have previously taken part in the Self-Leadership Online course, they can now rejoin for just 1/3 of the price — a total of DKK 1,517.00. In practice, they’re attending for free, as the fee covers 1:1 coaching, the new 2024 book, and any other materials they may have missed.

Returning participants will naturally be in a new place — both personally and within their organization. Joining a second time allows for a deeper understanding of self-leadership, making it easier to carry these tools into the organization. It also brings fresh energy and motivation to continue developing one’s self-leadership.
